Olivier Maugain is a French citizen born in The Netherlands, he grew up in Germany and studied Business Administration in Switzerland and Hungary, graduating from the University of St. Gallen. During his doctoral research about multicultural R&D teams, he examined the performance the world’s most preeminent particle physicists at the Large Hadron Collider in Geneva. He moved to China in 2003, where he successfully developed various entrepreneurial ventures in software distribution. Prior to joining Henkel, he was General Manager at Publicis Media and Director at Deloitte China. As CEO at AsiaAnalytics (formerly SPSS China, co-founded in 2006), he turned the company from an SPSS Inc. (now IBM) Master Distributor into a leading provider of data consulting services. He has hands-on experience in analytics as applied to CRM, media planning and buying, marketing efficiency, supply chain, product development, fraud detection, etc. He has a great passion for sports analytics and Chinese proverbs.

Comprehending the customer culture will facilitate rendering the appropriate supply chain offerings of products and services that meet the customer requirements and expectations.

Digital transformation will maximize supply chain performance and value by making the process agile, and efficient, in addition of facilitating the full integration of supply chain building sustainable competitive advantage, and meeting the customer expectations.

Dr. Amr Elgedawy is the Business support Director in BP Egypt; he is a PHD holder in Business administration from the University of WIDU NY USA, his Master’s degree is in Human resources management and Strategic planning from Mercy college NY USA, and a Law degree from the police academy in Egypt.
Dr. Amr Elgedawy is a member of the Academic council on the United Nations systems MACUNS, A member of the Charted institute for procurement and supply MCIPS, A certified Arbitrator and Mediator from the international law institute ILI Washington D.C.
Dr Amr Elgedawy is a visiting professor and lecturer at Ein Shams University Cairo Egypt, the leadership institute for Police officers Cairo Egypt, Mercy College NY, USA, Praxis Global Abu Dhabi UAE; in addition of being a guest speaker in many of the repeatable conferences around the world.
Dr. Amr Elgedawy Has served as an Egyptian police officer in his early stages; later upon acquiring his educational degrees has served the United Nations in various capacities, and countries. Dr. Amr were assigned as a war crime investigator for the war crimes tribunals, a political economical officer for the UN special missions, where he has spent eleven years. Dr. Amr has moved to the oil and gas business joining BP where he holds his position as The business support Director for the NO JV BP Upstream Egypt North Africa.
